Lex In The City - Downtown Condo

Highly recommend this facility. I would stay here each time I come to Lexington. Whether it’s Work or leisure, the beds Positive: I had stayed at the facility three days previous to this. And was able to book another night after finding out I would have to work one more day. They accommodated my needs well. And although this was a smaller unit from the two bedroom, I was staying in. All of my needs were met, and it made it a very comfortable stay before I had to drive back Negative: Just as the previous unit I had stayed in the glass and the mirrors hadn’t been completely wiped down. But this is not affect my stay and it is a battle I know from personal experience to try to make sure that there isn’t a glare or smearing on the glass or mirrors, especially when you have sunlight coming in.

Positive: Great location, beautifully furnished! Comfortable bed. Nice towels. Beautiful amenities. Lots of space! Great kitchen!!! Loved staying there. Negative: Hair dryer didn’t work in the bathroom, I had to use it in the kitchen. Just watch out, there’s water building up on the inside of the windows due to condensation! I wiped the windows down often for you. I could only find one kitchen towel. Would have appreciated more.

Positive: Location, Floor Plan, Furnishings, supplies, owner responsiveness Negative: Not quite as clean as it should be (vacuuming) No power at vanity receptacle Need a security latch on front door. Vagrants sleeping on lobby couch.

Really enjoyed the stay and easiness to get in and out of the property. Perfect home base to visit horse things, Ark Encounter, and Churchill Downs. Great restaurants throughout the area with parking availability. Next stop is the National Corvette Museum on our check out day.

Positive: Everything was exceptional and very clean Negative: Outlet in bathroom did not work and no balcony I would have loved to had a balcony
